Safegard’s model 160RT is a U.S. Coast Guard Type I approved PFD. The 160RT is ideal for vessels carrying passengers for hire. Using soft Permafloat foam, it provides in excess of 22 pounds of buoyancy. The yoke design stacks for easy, convenient storage. The 160RT has reflective tape on both sides, allowing for reversible usage and quick donning. The 160RT is designed for passengers over 90 pounds and the 161RT is for passengers under 90 pounds.
